My Practice
I provide comprehensive and experienced counsel in matters involving:
- Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I will help you determine whether you qualify to permanently discharge debts under Chapter 7. If so, I will carefully explain which debts can and cannot be discharged, as well as which assets you can keep, so that you get the benefit you expect from the process. I will handle all filings throughout the process and will represent you in hearings or meetings with creditors, the court or the trustee.
- Chapter 13 bankruptcy. If you fail to qualify for Chapter 7, I can help you stop foreclosure, harassing or threatening calls or letters from creditors by reorganizing and restructuring your debt under Chapter 13. I will help you put together a reorganization plan to submit to your creditors and will review all proposed repayment plans to make certain they are within your means.
- Immigration. I handle all matters related to family-based and employment-based immigration, including visa and green card applications. I work with employees as well as employers, and assist individuals with spouse or fiancee visas.
- Family law and divorce. I work closely with individuals at all stages of a divorce or family law matter. I handle all matters related to divorce, including child custody and visitation, child support, alimony or spousal support and property matters.
